I’m not a solution-focused coach in the traditional sense. My approach goes deeper, drawing on the science of positive psychology and evidence-based techniques that create lasting, meaningful transformation.
Rather than simply fixing a problem or ticking off a goal, we explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Maybe it’s a conversation you’ve been avoiding, a decision you keep postponing, or a sense of misalignment that’s hard to name. Together, we’ll unpack the reality of your situation with compassion and curiosity, not judgment.
Then, we shift the lens forward. What would life look like if this issue were resolved? How would you feel, lead, and show up differently?
By combining the power of positive psychology with practical coaching tools, we make change not just possible, but deeply appealing and achievable. This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about unlocking your strengths, building emotional resilience, and creating a future that feels aligned with who you truly are.
Behavioural change
We all have habits that we want to change, eating a healthier diet, doing more exercise, running your 1st 5k race, losing weight, stopping smoking, taking a break from alcohol.
All of these things are possible, one step at a time.
Knowing how to change habits and become more consistent is key.
Visualisation of your future
There are many coaching techniques, one of my favourites is using visualisations, insightful and powerful.
During our time together we would explore various techniques that will open your mind up to the possibilities that are currently unseen.
Positive mindset change
You can choose to live a life that is positive and full of gratitude and seeking the good in all situations, it does not mean your life is without problems and bad days. However when you seek to change your mindset and see things differently your life is greatly enhanced.
Through reframing and seeking the positives in all situations you can change your life for the better and become more content in your every day life.
